Hayden Panettiere Underage Clubbing Bust - Hayden Panettiere has been a bad girl.Hayden Panettiere was busted for underage clubbing at the NV Lounge on December 23 in New York.According to E! News.
The Heroes star was forced to call the police to retrieve her ID after club officials confiscated her driver’s license for suspected underage drinking.
“When my officers arrived on the scene we questioned Panettiere,” Detective Craig Long of the Suffern Police Department said on Tuesday. “I asked her if she tried to buy alcohol and she denied it.
“Panettiere told me that someone opened the side door of the nightclub so she could go inside and say hello to friends, not buy drinks.”
Police returned Hayden’s ID to her so that she could travel to California the following day.
NV Lounge said that they will not press charges against her.
