According to Entertainment Weekly, the producers of "Brothers & Sisters" told Getty that he would not be coming back as a regular next season. Getty's publicist denies the actor is leaving the ensemble drama.

Brody Jenner should consider guest starring in other reality shows after the premiere of his new (and second unsuccessful) reality show "Bromance" tanked. Ratings for Whitney Port's "Hills" spin-off "The City" were also poor.

DJ AM and Travis Barker hit the stage on New Year's Eve -- their first performance together since the near fatal plane crash last September. AM, aka Adam Goldstein, took to his blog last week to clarify the terms of his negligence lawsuit. Goldstein blogged, "this suit is against the insurance companies that insured the pilots. I'm not after [the pilots'] personal estates nor their property." However, his suit does state, "The pilots were either poorly trained and/or failed to follow their training."

Matt Dillon was taken to a police station in Newbury, Vermont, after being stopped at 106mph on Interstate 91, more than 40mph over the speed limit. If convicted next month, the actor could get three months in jail.
